Technology Campus

BCS provides site-wide energy control and web based tenant billing for a 5.5 million square foot industrial, office, research and manufacturing complex. In addition, BCS will provide web-enabled utility monitoring services for the campus steam, chilled water, electric and compressed air services.

Water/Waste Water Facilities

BCS provides a Distributed Control System (DCS) to operate a Pennsylvania Waste Water Treatment Plant. This system includes process control and control of auxiliary sludge processes/sludge press within the facility.
