BCS implemented a town-wide Energy Conservation Project that not only addressed building improvements in 16 buildings, but also traffic signal upgrades and street light fixture replacements. This comprehensive program included boiler replacements, lighting upgrades, window replacements and will generate over $1,000,000 in savings over the term of this contract.
