BCS Acquires Pritchett Controls in Rochester, New York

Buffalo, New York, January 18, 2006 - BCS, an Energy Services Company and Control Systems Integrator headquartered near Buffalo, New York, has acquired Pritchett Controls, Inc., an Independent Field Office of Invensys. Pritchett Controls, located in Rochester, New York, will continue to operate as a full service controls solutions provider under the BCS name.

This acquisition expands BCS' Direct Digital Control and service territory to include Rochester, Binghamton, Syracuse and Watertown areas. BCS' office in Jamestown serves the Southern New York and North West Pennsylvania regions.

BCS remains the factory-authorized representative for Invensys Building Systems, inclusive of the Barber-Colman, Siebe and Robertshaw brand names.

BCS specializes in Direct Digital Control Systems, energy management, Performance Contracting, Controls Systems Integration, industrial and process control, mechanical system service and maintenance, card access and CCTV systems, building and system commissioning, and customer-tailored training.
