BCS Awarded Energy Performance Contract

The Poland Central School District, Poland New York, has awarded BCS an Energy Performance Contract to implement Lighting System Retrofits, Window Replacements, the installation of Variable Frequency Drives, Boiler Replacement, and a Web Enabled Control System at the Districts' School building and Bus Garage facility.

Mr. Don Doubrava, the Poland School Business Official, stated that the project will generate over $540,000 in guaranteed energy savings over the contract term as well as reduce building maintenance costs, in excess of $3,000 annually. This project will be completed at no additional costs to the taxpayers.
