BCS has been approved by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to participate in the Department of General Services program to implement Guaranteed Energy Savings Projects.

BCS specializes in Performance Contracting, Controls Systems Integration, industrial and process controls, direct digital control systems, HVAC mechanical system service and maintenance, and building commissioning.

Current customers include Gerry Homes, Chautauqua County, Millcreek Township, Erie City Water Authority, Meadville Area Sewer Authority, Western Clinton County Water Authority, LECOM, Jamestown Community College, St. Mary's Home of Erie and the Bradford Regional Medical Center to name a few.
