Cancellation Policy:

• BCS reserves the right to cancel a class at any time. In the event of a cancellation, BCS will refund all registration fees in full. BCS will refund only the registration fee, and cannot be held liable for travel, lodging or other related expenses incurred.
  
  
• All requests to cancel or reschedule a class must be made in writing.
  
  
• If a student cancels a class at least 21 days before the start of class, the registration fee will be refunded in full.
  
  
• If a student cancels a class within 15 to 21 days before the start of class, BCS will charge the student 25% of the registration fee. If a student cancels within 14 to 20 days before the start of a class, BCS will charge the student 50% of the registration fee. Within 14 days of the start of class, the student must reschedule the class or forfeit the entire registration fee.
  
  
• If a student wishes to reschedule a class at least 14 days before the start of class, they may do so at no charge.
  
  
• If a student reschedules a class within 8 to 14 days before the start of class, BCS will charge the student 50% of the registration fee. If a student does not reschedule a class at least 7 days before the start of class, BCS will charge the student 100% of the registration fee.
  
  
• Students are responsible for their own lodging and travel expenses.
